We recommend you read carefully the product description, and module/theme documentation and visit the demo sites before placing the order. Moreover, our support team is always ready to assist you with inquiries before, during, and after your purchase.

Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet all the following refund policy conditions:

•    The product within 15 days of return after your payment.

•    The product has technical problems, you have contacted product support and allowed us to attempt to solve the problems (the support may require the following Credentials access information: FTP, cPanel, Back Office login, etc.). However, we can’t fully resolve them.

•    You agree to completely uninstall the product from your site as well and after a refund, your license is canceled.

•    Your fund will be credited to your account which you used to process the purchase on our website. You are also aware that we do not cover any exchange, rates, or transaction fees on the fund.

Ineligible conditions for a refund request:

After the purchase, even if the product is within 15 days of return, the below refund reasons given will be declined:

•    You bought a product by mistake or changed your mind and want to return the product.

•    You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.

•    The product does not satisfy your needs, or we can’t accept your additional customization requests due to some of them breaking the logical stream of our product.

•    The issue on your website that we already checked and pointed out is not caused by our module.

•    You have changed the core of the product or third-party investigations which lead to serious technical issues.

•    You refuse to cooperate and to provide necessary information as mentioned in the Eligibility conditions section for technical product support.
